Orders

Can I modify my order?

While we can't guarantee order modifications or cancellations, we will try our best.

 

To request an order modification, you can either email info@withabeginnersmind.com or leave a note on our Contact form and we will reply to your inquiry within 1 business day.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applies to orders shipping to California.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

For a limited time, enjoy free shipping on all orders. This includes international orders too!

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate email with tracking details.

Your tracking details will also provide an estimated delivery date, which is usually 3-5 days for orders delivering to the US and 10-12 days for International orders.

Are International orders subject to customs and duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. While we are not responsible for these fees, we would be more than happy to assist you with customs clearance.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Orders can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new / unworn condition.

Please visit our Contact form to submit a return request. The information you will need to provide is the following: Order #, Return Items, and Return Reasons.

 

While we are able to provide a return label, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total.
